Today's health of the soul tip:

Evening is a time to reflect on all your soul helped the flesh to accomplish.  Your mind can establish your will list for a new day.  Emotions can be reckoned with the reality of hurts and pain for the day.  You hope that your will, mind and emotions functioned together to bring you to your goals and plans. Quitting is not an option, hope for another day.
