On Today's episode of Health & Self on DETV , I shared a Thayer Family Favorite, Lemon Herb Salmon. We love this recipe because it's fast, flavorful, and makes great leftovers. Salmon is a great source of protein. It's high in vitamin B, potassium, and loaded with omega-3 fatty acids. And with the added lemon and herbs, you get some bonus vitamin C. This salmon recipe can be paired with any vegetable, like sautéed spinach & kale, broccoli, asparagus, or anything.
Please share below if you made the Salmon, and what you paired with it.
I hope you tune in next Tuesday, October 12th at 11am ET for another fun episode of Health & Self on DETV!
